Personal Assistant

Tasks and duties

• Managing the diary of their employer, organising meetings and appointments.
• Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of their employer.
• Dealing with incoming emails, post, calls or enquiries.
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
• Organising and attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.
• Arranging travel, visas, accommodation and occasionally travelling with their employer to take notes or provide general assistance.
• Assisting with various errands such as shopping or researching topics for personal or business matters
