Tasks and duties

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations within the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures and standards.
• Coordinating with different departments within the organisation for smooth business operations.
• Planning, directing or coordinating support services such as record-keeping, mail distribution and office upkeep.
• Managing facility resources, equipment, supplies and inventory.
• Evaluating employee performance and providing necessary coaching or training.
• Determining staffing requirements and overseeing the recruitment and selection process.
